The FBH activates automaticaly when the temperature is low. AFAIK it's 5 deg but not 100%

Page 14 shows the part for the seal and spring tab in the filter housing. I removed mine and sealed the hole permenantly.

C1 will only reduce the ash buidup over the long term but has no effect on the regen interval itself.

Actualy you may not even have to unbolt the downpipe as if it's leaking oil it will likley be seeping out of the joint between turbo and downpipe.

15psi is high pressure. Was this done recently in response to the problem?
